Message: Today was my three-year-old son's first time at the dentist's office. From the time that we walked in to One Smile Away, we were warmly welcomed by the ladies at the front desk. The dental hygienist, Jasmine, was patient and introduced the instruments to my son as she used them. She and Dr. Williams were exceptionally professional and made both of us feel comfortable. Message: I’m the type of person who HATES dentists with a passion. It’s not the dentist themselves but the process of what they do. When I found Dr. Williams office as a dentist for my kids I immediately loved him and his staff. I changed dentists for my kids do to insurance reasons but I’m still a patient and he is the only person I will ever let take care of my dental needs. I’ve had cleanings, X-rays, and a tooth removal and they are amazing. Didn’t feel a thing they are that good. If you need work done, I highly recommend them to anyone. Jennie and Ashleigh are my favorite dental hygienists, Melanie the office manager is super sweet and Dr. Ty Williams is just wonderful. What dentist and staff do you know that actually cares enough to ask how the kids are, or how your weekend was? Best dentist in Augusta hands down!

Message: Took my son's here today for the first time. We moved here from Oklahoma and needed to find a new dentist, the service was beyond excellent! The front desk staff are amazing. I also had my 2 year old with me and she hadn't had her nap and was being well a 2 year old without a nap. The office manager was very good with her and kept me updated on what was going on with my boys. I'm so glad I found this office. My sons loved the assistants and Dr. Williams.
